Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Zaxbys location in Camden, SC. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, ensure food safety, and uphold service standards while following company policies.

Open to 5 days/32-48 hours weekly, with a sign-on bonus and quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and meal discounts. Must be reliable and customer-focused.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work 5 days per week, 32–48 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to meet quarterly goals.
• Create effective schedules and delegate shift assignments while complying with local laws.
• Maintain food safety, service quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Report issues to the General Manager and District Manager.
