Job summary

Zaxby’s in Union, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to standards. You will lead a team, schedule shifts, and coach staff to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers $22.00–$24.00 per hour with a training completion bonus of $1,500, plus benefits and opportunities for growth. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Background check required.
• Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to deliver guest experiences.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments; communicate expectations.
• Supervise and coach team members to meet quarterly goals.
• Ensure service quality, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain records and reports using management tools.
• Handle guest and team member complaints promptly and respectfully.
