Zax LLC—operating as Zaxbys—is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company standards. You will supervise and coach team members, manage schedules, and drive performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Background check clearance required.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Create and manage work schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Handle guest concerns and contribute to positive guest experiences.
• Support General Manager and District Manager as needed.
