Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1–3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to standards.
• Plan and delegate shift schedules to meet business needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Ensure guest experiences, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally; escalate as needed.
• Report performance and issues to General Manager and District Manager.
