Sizzling Platter LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead shifts with focus on guest service and food quality.

You'll coach Crew Members and Shift Leads, assist with hiring and onboarding, ensure adherence to safety standards, and help manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous restaurant leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver and model excellent guest service; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of team members.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable laws.
• Step into operational roles as needed to support business demands.
• Help drive team performance, accountability, and operational consistency.
