Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mississippi to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will train and guide team members, oversee staffing and inventory, and uphold health, safety and service standards to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, enforcing policy compliance, and resolving guest concerns. The role requires leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to quality food and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow directions and work autonomously once given.

Responsabilités

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Adheres to employee handbook and practices, monitors compliance.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory and food cost; completes weekly inventory.
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files and records.
• Reinforces customer service and ensures staff focus on serving guests.
• Responds promptly to guest requests and resolves complaints with supervisor support.
