Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations, policies, and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Team Members on performance.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and Guests.
