Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food.

We seek a self-motivated team player capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment while working with the District Manager to uphold standards and procedures. Training and development are provided to achieve management goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service skills.
• Must comply with state and federal documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Support health and safety inspections and standards compliance.
• Set a fun, family-friendly tone within the restaurant.
