The role requires weekend availability, physical stamina, and adherence to safety procedures. On-the-job training is provided with opportunities for advancement within the E-Z Mart brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales - ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe, including restrooms, parking lot, and pump area.
