The role focuses on leading shifts, coaching staff, maintaining standards, and improving profitability while delivering crave-worthy service and growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People‑first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, orders, assets and cash control.
