The role partners with the General Manager to oversee training, scheduling, and problem resolution in a fast-paced, people-first environment. The ideal candidate will bring supervisory experience, reliable transportation, and a passion for healthy living and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in fast-paced food service or retail environments.
• Strong customer service skills and passion for guest experiences.
• Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory processes.
• Familiarity with personnel management and HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations to ensure a vibrant, welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor staff; resolve operational challenges.
• Schedule staff hours and manage inventory and procurement.
• Monitor food quality, service, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with General Manager and support opening/closing procedures.
