Job summary

Express is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Natick Mall to support the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, training staff, and driving sales. You will help deliver a great in-store experience and ensure adherence to company policies.

You will lead by example in customer engagement, assist in recruitment, and participate in interviews while fostering a collaborative, high-energy team focused on results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1-3 of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive work environment and team morale.
• Coach, teach and train Sales Associates for effective performance.
• Participate in hiring interviews and provide feedback to Store Manager.
• Support analysis of the business and communicate action plans.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure effective execution.
• Lead merchandising strategies and omnichannel operations.
• Deliver a great in-store experience and customer engagement.
