Cotton On Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Natick, MA to support the Store Manager in daily operations and people leadership. You will guide Key Holders and Sales Associates, ensuring sales, service and store standards are met.

You’ll work closely with leadership to execute priorities, manage schedules and drive a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
• Track record of driving sales, stock control and service delivery.
