PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Natick Mall to deliver a great in-store experience and assist with stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.

You will help customers, process transactions, and participate in loyalty programs while adhering to store policies and safety guidelines. This part-time role includes merchandise discounts and paid time off, with opportunities to grow with Express.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions as directed by your supervisor.
