Job summary

Express is seeking an Associate Manager forBridgewater Commons. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, recruit and train staff, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, a track record of sales success, and excellent customer service. Nights, weekends, and flexibility are expected to meet store needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Support the store manager in operations, training, and sales.
• Coach and manage performance of all associates up to Sales Leaders.
• Develop plans to optimize sales, customer experience, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure efficient merchandise flow and omni-channel execution.
• Create effective schedules with the Store Manager.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high in-store morale.
