Open/close routines, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train staff, and maintain product knowledge and visual displays to elevate the customer experience. Internal promotion is encouraged and growth into future leadership is supported.

• Open/close routines; manage daily store operations.
• Supervise sales floor, stockroom; ensure customer service and seamless operations.
• Staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness; drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets; inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
