Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in a dynamic retail setting.

You will drive sales through analysis of performance and exceptional customer service, while managing daily store activities and open/close routines. You’ll lead talent initiatives, from recruiting and training to engagement and development, and you’ll help build our brand experience through styling, floorsets, and product knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure customer service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
