Chuck E. Cheese in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and quality standards across all areas of the restaurant.

You will manage scheduling, coaching, cost control, and AOIs, while driving sales and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for families. A high school diploma and at least one year of leadership experience are required; 21+.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP may allow younger in some states).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staffing, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate your team to meet company and guest expectations and maximize profits.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
