Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team in a beloved family entertainment brand. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff scheduling, and oversee operations across kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom areas.

The role offers hourly compensation and room for growth within a nationwide benefits program, with a focus on safety and guest happiness in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
