Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, and developing the team.
• Coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an Area of Impact (AOI) such as Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom, rotating over time.
