Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a high-energy family entertainment environment.

You will focus on achieving guest satisfaction, coaching staff, and driving sales while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers growth opportunities across four AOIs: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom, with responsibilities spanning operations, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service OR Opening Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate the team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom responsibilities.
