Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations, driving sales while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience managing people or as Opening Coordinator for 6+ months.
• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work legally in the US.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Drive sales and profits by recruiting, training, and developing the team to meet company goals.
• Coach and inspire the staff to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Oversee cost control, inventory, and labor management within the AOI rotation.
• Lead Showroom or Gameroom initiatives to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction.
