Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.

• Demonstrated selling skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead in absence of Store Manager and support store leadership.
• Drive KPIs: comps, sales to plan, conversion, traffic and profitability.
• Lead and develop team with Store Manager.
• Provide timely feedback and development.
• Ensure store appearance and visual standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with doctors.
• Ensure policy compliance.
• Perform administrative duties and schedule flexibility.
