Job summary

The SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food, cleanliness, safety and efficiency to deliver a SuperSONIC experience for every guest.

You will lead teams, train staff, manage shifts, control inventory and costs, open or close the restaurant, and uphold SONIC standards while providing a positive, fast-paced work environment and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff to provide great guest service.
