Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at our Keller, Texas location. You will help train staff, ensure clean and safe operations, and deliver a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include supervising team members and carhops, managing schedules and inventory, and upholding Sonic standards. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred, with flexibility for irregular hours.

• Experience in training and coaching staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach team members, carhops and skating carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Monitor compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Adjust staffing, inventory and food cost controls as needed.
• Complete weekly inventory and documentation.
• Foster customer service focus and respond to guest requests.
