Qualifikationen

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Performs opening and closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory, and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
• Assist in administrative duties and maintain records.
• Reinforces customer service to ensure guests are served promptly and courteously.
