Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to train and supervise team members to maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and food cost control.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints with supervision.
