Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to manage shifts without supervision and multi-task effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Handle opening and/or closing duties and daily operations.
