Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior course work or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential records and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager in the Operations Manager's absence.
• Plan schedules and assign team duties.
• Develop patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Ensure cash management and accounting compliance.
• Lead daily huddles and other required meetings.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and adherence to PDS standards.
• Support clinician education and referrals regarding Mouth-Body Connection.
