Passion Dental is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the Springfield practice’s daily operations. You will oversee front office and clinical support, ensure a smooth patient experience from scheduling to treatment, and drive operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
• Lead and support front office and clinical support team members.
• Ensure a positive patient experience from scheduling through treatment completion.
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity.
• Support treatment acceptance and patient financial discussions.
• Monitor office performance and key metrics.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Partner with doctors and leadership to support practice growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
