Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support store operations in New Hampshire. You will manage credit and collections, deliver outstanding customer service, and handle deliveries/pickups with safe loading and installation of products.

A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy items are required. Minimum 1–3 years in retail or collections, high school diploma, strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: engage with customers to collect on accounts.
• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service in-store and at customer homes.
• Assist with deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading and installation following safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store appearance and assist with merchandising.
