Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support store operations and customer relations. You will handle credit and collections, provide white-glove service to customers, assist with deliveries and pickups, and maintain a welcoming sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. The role requires lifting, driving company vehicles, and strong communication to help customers improve

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: improve growth and revenue by contacting customers and collecting on accounts.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: assist in loading/unloading and installation of products, following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized store with cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
