Job summary

Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support customers and drive store performance. The role focuses on credit and collections, customer service, and ensuring smooth deliveries and pickups in a high-service retail environment.

The position requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts on a daily basis.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes.
Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products while following handling and transportation procedures.
Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and coworkers in mind.
