Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Ohio is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to manage credit and collections, deliver top-tier customer service, and coordinate deliveries and pickups for in-home installations.

You will help maintain an inviting store and ensure accurate merchandising while supporting a consistent schedule and a positive, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting with organized product displays and cleanliness.
