Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to positively impact growth by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts. You will provide top-notch customer service in stores and in customers' homes, and assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting shopping environment.

The role emphasizes a servant's heart, strong communication, and the ability to lift/move products while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: assist growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with customers and coworkers in mind.
