Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager in the United States. You will help customers access high-quality goods, perform credit and collections tasks, and deliver a white-glove service in stores and customers' homes.

The role includes coordinating deliveries, maintaining store merchandising, and ensuring a positive customer experience while upholding safety and transportation procedures. A caring, service-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience, or collections exposure.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Comfort with handling products and performing deliveries when needed.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections activities to support growth and revenue.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service in stores and in homes.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups, loading/unloading, and installation as required.
• Maintain an inviting store appearance and organized product displays.
