Rent-A-Center in Clayton, OH is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager. You will manage credit and collections while delivering outstanding customer service and coordinating deliveries and pickups of merchandise.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: support growth by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a 'white glove' approach in stores and at customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store organized and inviting for customers and teammates.
