Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager in Fallon, NV. You will engage in credit and collections, deliver white-glove customer service, and assist with deliveries and merchandising in our retail stores and customer homes.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift items. A valid driver’s license and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: unload and install products safely following handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
