Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to manage credit and collections, deliver excellent customer service, and support store operations including deliveries and merchandising. The role involves interacting with customers, ensuring compliance, and contributing to revenue growth. A driver's license and 18+ are required.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills for a white-glove service approach.

• Must be at least 18 years of age with valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly, following procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
