Quality Brand Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Dunkin' team in Colorado Springs. You will partner with the General Manager to run daily operations, ensure fast, friendly guest service, and uphold brand standards while coaching a team toward excellent performance.

You will lead shifts, manage scheduling and staffing, emphasize drive-thru efficiency, and support inventory and cost controls. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with a strong focus on guest service, speed of service, and drive-thru performance.
• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to organize shifts and coach a team.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to support cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities. Guide the team when the General Manager is away.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service, with a strong focus on drive-thru performance. Address guest feedback and help the team improve.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management. Reduce waste, monitor results, and help achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and QBG and Dunkin’ brand standards. Reinforce training, communicate expectations, and follow through on accountability.
