DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead daily operations, ensure guest experiences, and build a strong team in a fast-paced Dunkin environment in Colorado.

You will recruit, onboard, coach Team Members and Shift Leaders, monitor drive-thru performance, manage inventory and cash handling, and uphold food safety and brand standards. The role offers competitive pay up to $19/hour, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with strong guest service focus.
• Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service, with a focus on drive-thru performance; address guest feedback.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management; reduce waste and monitor results.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards; reinforce training and accountability.
