Quality Brand Group in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced Dunkin’ restaurant. You will partner with the General Manager to manage scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities, while driving guest satisfaction and team development.

You will coach teams, monitor drive-thru performance, and uphold food safety and brand standards. The company offers leadership growth, competitive compensation, and benefits as part of a growing organization.

Formación

• QSR experience with a strong focus on guest service, speed of service, and drive-thru performance.
• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to organize shifts and coach a team.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to support cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service, with a strong focus on drive-thru performance.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management.
