Quality Brand Group, Dunkin’ brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Colorado Springs to partner with the General Manager and lead daily operations, ensuring memorable guest experiences while developing a strong team.

You’ll coach teammates, manage scheduling, drive-thru performance, and uphold brand standards. This role offers an hourly wage, healthcare benefits, and opportunities to advance within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with a strong focus on guest service, speed of service, and drive-thru performance.
• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to organize shifts and coach a team.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to support cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities. Guide the team when the General Manager is away.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service, with a strong focus on drive-thru performance. Address guest feedback and help the team improve.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management. Reduce waste, monitor results, and help achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and QBG and Dunkin’ brand standards. Reinforce training, communicate expectations, and follow through on accountability.
