• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience selling installed sales to contractors preferred.
• Proven track record in sales management in building materials.

• Well developed problem solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Assist in directing the store and overseeing inventory management, safety requirements and procedures; communicate goals to the team.
• Staff Management: Direct hiring, communication, motivation, discipline, separation and other employment aspects; ensure goals are met.
• Sales & Relationship Building: Grow inside sales by completing estimates, taking-offs, maintaining relationships, and handling deliveries and complaints.
• Knowledge & Training: Identify growth needs, complete training, and encourage career development.
