Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, preferably in building materials.
• Experience selling installed sales to contractors preferred.
• Proven track record in sales management in building materials.
• Ability to direct and train others as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: oversee inventory management, safety requirements, and policies.
• Staff Management: hiring, communication, motivation, discipline, and separations.
• Sales & Relationship Building: grow inside sales, follow up on calls and quotes, resolve complaints.
