Responsibilities

Drives a service culture and ensures engaging, efficient customer experiences.
Partner with Visual Merchandising to maintain a compelling store presence.
Ensure omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, and curbside/in-store pickup.
Lead floor service, guide onboarding for new hires, and provide timely feedback.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of a diverse, engaged team.
Maintain store operations, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
