Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for Mariposa Village in Hood River, OR. You will support the Community Manager in day-to-day property operations, resident paperwork, property accounting, reports and work orders.

The role requires strong organization, professionalism, and clear communication. LIHTC experience preferred; knowledge of government program requirements and Fair Housing is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC requirements and paperwork.
• Knowledge of affordable property management duties.
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operation of the property, administration of resident paperwork, completion of property accounting, reports, and work orders.
• Coordinate with other property staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to residents and maintain curb appeal.
• Ensure compliance with Guardian Management policies and Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
• Complete required paperwork and reports on time.
