Job summary

COASTAL PLAINS RESTAURANTS LLC A NORTH CAROLINA LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding YUM Brand standards. You will take ownership to solve problems with a smile and guide others throughout the operation.

Responsibilities include ensuring duties are completed, managing inventory and finances, and delivering safe, quality food in a friendly manner. A positive attitude and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Internal promotion from Shift Manager preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; able to pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 80% of shift time.

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and good communications skills.

Qualifications
