Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and upholding YUM Brand standards.

You will own tasks, manage inventory and financials, and ensure safe, high-quality food and a welcoming environment for staff and guests. A strong candidate shows initiative, leadership, and a positive attitude for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old; pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong math and accounting skills; analytical decision making.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs for most of the shift.

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
