Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Evansville, Indiana is seeking a full-time shift supervisor to lead day and evening crews. You’ll oversee everything during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations, while upholding company standards.

On-the-job training is provided, with competitive hourly wages of $11–$15, a 50% meal discount, paid vacation and health insurance eligibility for those meeting hours, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory or management experience.
• Food service management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activity during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, profitability, and customer relations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and lead the crew by example.
• Assist with staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness and local store marketing.
• Must work well with team members and other store management.
